Charlie still can't bring himself to spend time with his baby. At the hospital, the news about Ronnie isn't good, as Charlie and Roxy are told she may never regain consciousness. When Nick lays it on thick about Phil being to blame, Charlie struggles with his pain.
Meanwhile, Max's attempt to fool Ben falls apart as Ben realises what Max has done. Furious, Ben heads to the car lot with destruction in mind. Catching Ben smashing up the cars, Charlie can't contain his fury, punching him. Yvonne intervenes and reveals to a horrified Charlie that Nick is to blame from the crash...
Shabnam discounts Stacey's Minute Mart shop in return for a haircut. Determined to help out, Shabnam then offers a skint Stacey £100 for the family. Stacey turns her down but when Shabnam suggests it's a loan, will she accept?

Charlie and Roxy get some tragic news in next week's EastEnders as they learn that Ronnie, in hospital following the New Year crash, may never come round!
With tensions running high in Albert Square, Yvonne feels guilty as Nick blames Phil for the tragedy, while Ben smashes up the car lot after realising Max scammed him. Charlie's furious and punches Ben - then Yvonne lets slip Nick caused the crash, NOT Phil!
Nick claims Yvonne is lying, while she burns his money before he can flee. We're expecting much more drama to come...

Valerie goes to meet her old friend Michael, who works in a Charity Shop. A woman, Paula, enters but Michael asks her to leave. Paula faints and Valerie helps her, discovering that Paula is Michael's mum who is suffering from dementia. Later, Michael explains that his father threw his mother out when she started taking drugs. Will Valerie persuade him to give his mother another chance?
Mrs Tembe spots an article in the newspaper about Councillor Hargreaves stepping down and she and Emma suggest that Heston should stand for election in his place. 
Zara is back from Australia and manages to rub Ayesha up the wrong way with thoughtless suggestions. Emma further winds her up when she tells Ayesha about her date with Franc...
